I've just seen that my count has been charged of an amount, automatically: i didn't knew that it was acting the same, I thought you would have send me an email to ask if I wanted your services on more year, wich is not the case. I must say I'm surprised and upset. How can you help me find a solution? Thancks

Hi,

I am just experiencing an issue trying to figure out how my Hootsuite account will only suggest UK content for my specific business keywords i.e. healthcare, medical, etc.

There is a lot of US based content and I want to filter this out of my suggestions please.

In the WordPress.org app, using Explorer 11, I can not access the Drafts stream. Only the Published blogs show. Clicking on the Drafts button does nothing. The Drafts button works fine in Firefox and Safari. Our office is standardized on IE11. Is there a fix for this bug or do we have to switch to a different browser?

How terribly ironic, suggesting my participation in " get satisfaction". Would perhaps be to stop me from posting publicly how, criminally without permission you have withdrawn funds from my account. Suggesting my prepaying a yearly subscription you are now deducting this amount from me every month as had happened in the last three months. I have a question... When I am scheduling my postings to post on Facebook. The image i put in the posting comes up on my personal page and like pages with no problem.. but when it comes down to groups it only shows my posting with the picture link but no picture... can you help me with this

Hi Forum,

I thought I could battle on but I just want things simple!

My hardware all packed up and around 8 weeks ago, I was provided a brand Lenovo 3in1 laptop running Windows8.1. However, when using the Hootlet on Chrome, I now have to send it full screen to schedule or press send.

When I use IE, the Hootlet pops out so small you have maximise it and then zoom out to use it.

Any reason why this is happening when I never had this happen before?

I keep getting this error- usually on Google Plus accounts- for a number of my clients. It happens both within streams and, more frustratingly, when failing to post scheduled posts.

Anyone find a way to do the university program via mobile or ipad? It takes me to an Enroll Now screen, even though i'm already enrolled, then when i press the enroll now button it takes me back to the hootsuite university splashpage (login or signup).

I'm no longer the administrator of my organization's social media accounts, and I need to transfer ownership to someone else. However, it seems that the only way to do this is to update the billing information (which has not changed) or to completely delete our account and start over again.  Is there another way to transfer account ownership to another member of the team?

Photos posts show up in Twitter as a link only.  Can't show you an example because I deleted it and did it properly manually. But I scheduled a post for Twitter, FB Page and Google Page - the photo displays beautifully on FB and Google, but Twitter only put up a link to the photo. Not the effect I'm going for.

So technically the post is "sent" to Twitter - but it doesn't display the photo, it only displays the link for the photo.

Is this something you're working on?

I cannot login using Twitter any longer. I think it's because I associated the same Twitter account I used to setup Hootsuite with Organization (rather than "My Social Networks".)

Can you please assist? This is a frustrating user experience especially since it's my first.

One of our old employees created a Hootsuite account for us but left without telling us the password. We have created a new Hootsuite and would like to link all our social media accounts to this one.

I keep receiving 'an error occurred' message when I try and connect my twitter account to my hootsuite.

I have tried revoking hootsuite from my twitter account. Changing different browsers, clearing my cache etc but nothing seems to be working.

Please help!

I'm switching to a new laptop. Using Windows 8. When I log in, I can't see anything other than the "Create New Message" window. No scheduled posts, or navigation bars. Screen shot attached. Help!
